At MyStudyNote.in, we provide digital study materials (PDF notes) for UPSC Prelims, Mains, and Optional subjects. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Product Nature
All our products are digital downloadable PDFs.
Once a purchase is completed and download link is provided, the product is considered delivered.
2. No Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is successfully processed.
As our products are digital in nature, cancellation is not possible after download access is granted.
3. No Refund Policy
We follow a strict no-refund policy.
Once the product is delivered, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.
Please review product details and sample previews (if available) before purchasing.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following rare cases:
You were charged twice for the same order.
You did not receive access to your PDF even after successful payment (in such cases, please contact us immediately).
